Analyst Logistics Operations

The UAE Logistics Team helps to deliver excellent customer experience while operating efficiently. The role of Analyst Logistics Operations is essential within the logistics team of the company. You will work to ensure proper configuration that balances the right preferences and selections, with an excellent delivery experience by analyzing operations, improving logistics infrastructure, solving analytical problems, and executing solutions. Improving automation and effective implementation and use of the company technology and tools is key to enhancing efficiency.

What’s On Your Plate?

• Diving into complex analysis of systems and tools, solving analytical problems and executing solutions, exploring complex data points to find areas for development.
• Ensuring the effective use and rollout of all the company technology, tools, and data models.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders such as country teams, regional teams, and data science teams to improve the effectiveness of our processes and tools.
• Improving reporting and data visibility for faster and more effective decision-making for all markets, keeping up with the dynamic and fast nature of operations to always provide the best solution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; STEM and Economics backgrounds are highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in tech start-ups or operational roles are highly preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven and results-oriented attitude are required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to convey complex ideas and processes to diverse audiences across various markets and teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Slides is necessary.
• SQL skills are required.
• Working knowledge of geographical analysis and predictive modeling is preferred.
• Skills in Tableau or other similar reporting tools are required.
