ANALYST, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

This role involves reviewing, analyzing, and participating in the evaluation and assessment of the company's business performance to drive continuous improvement and ensure long-term sustainability. Key responsibilities include consolidating operational data, preparing reports on performance gaps, supporting KPI development, and preparing documents for shareholders' meetings. The analyst will also coordinate corporate performance audits, contribute to the reporting standards, and enhance the Management Information System (MIS). Additionally, the position involves providing orientation on the Performance Management System (PMS) for business support staff and new employees.

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent professional qualification.

Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
6 years of experience in Performance Management within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.
