Key Accountabilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Strategy.
  • Ensure all reports meet accuracy, timelines, and usability standards.
  • Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for business teams and management.
  • Support strategic planning by providing relevant analytical insights.
  • Perform ad-hoc data queries and analysis as requested.
  • Validate data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and work with stakeholders to resolve data issues.
  • Maintain and update data models, KPIs, and metrics documentation.
  • Partner with internal departments to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Present findings and reports to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data analytics, Business intelligence, statistics, computer science, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or a related field.

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Microsoft Strategy, or similar).
  • Familiarity with SQL and database querying.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
