Analyst Reporting & Performance - Service Channels

A reporting and analytical specialist is responsible for gathering, analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support business decision making. The role involves developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations while ensuring data accuracy and consistency. This specialist works closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identify trends, and present findings in a clear and meaningful way.

Key Accountabilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Strategy.
• Ensure all reports meet accuracy, timelines, and usability standards.
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for business teams and management.
• Support strategic planning by providing relevant analytical insights.
• Perform ad-hoc data queries and analysis as requested.
• Validate data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and work with stakeholders to resolve data issues.
• Maintain and update data models, KPIs, and metrics documentation.
• Partner with internal departments to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Present findings and reports to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data analytics, Business intelligence, statistics, computer science, or a related field.

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or a related field.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Microsoft Strategy, or similar).
• Familiarity with SQL and database querying.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
