Key Accountabilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Strategy.
- Ensure all reports meet accuracy, timelines, and usability standards.
- Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for business teams and management.
- Support strategic planning by providing relevant analytical insights.
- Perform ad-hoc data queries and analysis as requested.
- Validate data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and work with stakeholders to resolve data issues.
- Maintain and update data models, KPIs, and metrics documentation.
- Partner with internal departments to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Present findings and reports to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data analytics, Business intelligence, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or a related field.
Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Microsoft Strategy, or similar).
- Familiarity with SQL and database querying.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
