About the Job
As an Analyst focusing on RRMC & MNMI, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of RRMC policies and TDRA mandates within EITC. Your key accountabilities include:

  • Preparing and conducting internal audit sessions related to the RRMC Policy.
  • Assessing current compliance with RRMC regulation, identifying gaps and issues, and defining corrective action plans while monitoring implementation progress towards full compliance.
  • Monitoring the implementation of preventive and corrective action plans and providing cross-Technology coordination and reporting at multiple levels (SteerCo, status updates, etc.).
  • Reporting on data synchronization monitoring and any non-compliance in submissions to TDRA.
  • Collaborating with Technology, Commercial, Legal, and Regulatory Groups to ensure all process risks and issues are understood, raised, and resolved by relevant business groups.
  • Interacting and coordinating with business units around business process gap analysis and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business, Telecommunications, or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in TELCOM Operations.
  • At least 3 years of Analyst experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of Telecommunication services and Mobile products, as well as the RRMC policy.
  • Familiarity with various du systems (CRM/BSCS).

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with effective time management.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Good understanding of du's different enterprise mobile products and internal processes and policies.

Summary
This role is crucial for analyzing, managing, and aligning business requirements with TDRA/RRMC instructions while addressing any RRMC audit findings. You will also work toward automating manual processes to enhance cost efficiency and customer experience, preparing stakeholders for any system changes that may affect their day-to-day operations, and suggesting transition plans to management.
