Responsibilities:

  • Data Detective: Utilize analytical skills to dissect CRM data in Microsoft Dynamics, uncovering trends and areas for improvement in sales performance.
  • Pipeline Pilot: Analyze the sales pipeline to provide insights into its health, velocity, and conversion rates. Partner with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to ensure data accuracy and forecast future performance confidently.
  • Insights Influencer: Create insightful reports tracking progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), measuring sales effectiveness, and providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making for sales leadership.
  • Collaboration Catalyst: Work closely with BDMs, Sales Management, Sales Operations, Product & Vendor Management, and Marketing to translate data into actionable steps, maximizing sales potential.
  • Process Optimizer: Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes, recommending data-driven improvements based on industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and visualization, preferably using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
  • Analytical thinker with a passion for cybersecurity and an understanding of the industry landscape.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
