Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for web and API-based applications.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and system testing.
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks using automation tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure product quality and seamless user experience.
- Leverage AI-based tools (e.g., Testim, Applitools, Mabl, Test Sigma) or custom automation scripts to increase test coverage and efficiency.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily standups.
- Document defects clearly and follow through with resolution and retesting.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software testing with hands-on automation expertise.
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
- Working knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with REST API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum.
- Ideally, you’ll also need exposure to geospatial platforms (e.g., GIS tools, map-based interfaces, coordinate systems).
- ISTQB certification or equivalent is advantageous.
- Familiarity with geospatial libraries/tools like QGIS, PostGIS, or GDAL.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML-based automation testing tools.

- Proficiency in English is expected.
