Analyst - Technology Projects Invoice Certification

The Analyst for Technology Projects Invoice Certification will be responsible for managing and reviewing invoices related to the technology sector. Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing contracts, orders, and sales reports to gather necessary data for invoice preparation.
• Preparing monthly financial reports by extracting data from ERP systems, ensuring all month-end tasks are completed.
• Collecting essential information to plan cost estimates for various telecom products and projects.
• Supporting decision-making activities through detailed analysis and multiple reporting.
• Collaborating with Technology & IT teams to support costing and benchmarking activities.
• Conducting business analysis and preparing business cases for various projects/products/services.
• Performing cost comparison analyses and conducting Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Net Present Value (NPV) analysis.
• Analyzing and providing reports for cost optimization initiatives and identifying spending trends to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Tracking project statuses and performing budget and cost variance analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, with current knowledge in technological developments within the telecom sector.
• Preferred experience with costing in Telecom Operators.
• Ability to prepare periodic monthly reports and ad-hoc reports.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Power BI, and Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and project management skills.
• Experience in data, operational, and financial analysis, along with skills in statistical and operational reporting and analysis.

Work Conditions:

• This position is on-site in Abu Dhabi.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is preferred.
