Requirements
- Applicant should be an Emirati national with a family book.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 and above in one of the following disciplines:
- Accounting
- Finance
- Economics
- Computer Science & Engineering
- Data Analytics & Data Science
- Business Administration
- Available to start immediately.
- Ability to commute/be based out of our Dubai/Abu Dhabi office location.
Key Accountabilities
- Completes tasks and deliverables to a high standard as part of client engagements, working to an agreed plan, budget, and quality.
- Identifies and appropriately documents risks and issues, consulting with appropriate team members as necessary.
- Keeps senior team members informed of significant developments and progress on the engagement.
- Starts to develop an external network and build knowledge of industry, market trends, competitor activity, and products/services.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail on deliverables (effectively error-checks own work).
Quality
- Undertakes professional qualification and technical training within the required timescale (where applicable).
- Partakes in reviews on the completion of projects to identify lessons learned and enhance future quality and commercial planning.
- Executes work to meet member firm’s quality standards within a commercial context.
People
- Meets KPMG deadlines during performance development cycles, including seeking quality feedback, setting goals, and providing input into engagement/project reviews.
- Shares knowledge with other KPMG colleagues/teams and contributes to the development of knowledge resources.
- Demonstrates flexibility and agility to change in environment and work.
- Achieves overall positive internal feedback.
