About the Job:
You will be responsible for supporting analytical engineering activities by reviewing project documentation, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and providing technical guidance to the Center of Excellence (COE) team for Process Gas Chromatograph (PGL) and Hydrocarbon (HC) analytical scope. This position plays a key role in improving engineering processes, supporting material procurement activities, and driving standardization across analytical engineering documentation and project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Review project documentation and provide technical guidance for PGL and HC analytical applications.
  • Ensure compliance of engineering deliverables with project specifications and customer requirements.
  • Support the procurement process for analytical system materials and components.
  • Recommend improvements to project execution processes and collaborate closely with integration centers.
  • Establish and strengthen communication channels with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Manage and support COE Lead Engineers on project execution activities.
  • Oversee engineering, design, and documentation activities related to analytical projects.
  • Analyze project execution gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure standardization and quality of engineering documents and deliverables.
  • Monitor project submission schedules to meet on-time delivery objectives.
  • Maintain project status reports and KPI records monthly and quarterly.
  • Support resource planning for project workload and team capacity.
  • Recommend resource adjustments to optimize productivity and delivery.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies.

Who You Are:
You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, drive quality in engineering documentation, collaborate effectively with teams, and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in an analytical systems or engineering environment.
  • Knowledge of analytical sampling system design, including liquid and gas analyzers, and gas chromatograph systems.
  • Familiarity with analytical products, systems, and associated documentation.
  • Strong understanding of project engineering, technical documentation, and customer specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading or guiding engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of analytical system integration and commissioning.
  • Experience in procurement and supplier management activities.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting customers within the Middle East and Africa region.
