Analytics and Insights Supervisor

The company Airport Operations is dedicated to delivering exceptional ground handling services at Dubai International Airport, catering to over 80 million passengers and 140 scheduled airlines every year. As an Analytics and Insights Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in engaging and supporting the Data Analytics Team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with business departments to assess, gather, and document Data Asset requirements aligned with business objectives.
• Engaging stakeholders to collect and validate requirements for project prioritisation.
• Promoting the capability of data assets and supporting their adoption.
• Leading collaboration with Data Scientists, Governance, and the Data Product Team.
• Monitoring ongoing projects and providing visibility with appropriate recommendations.
• Supporting planning and prioritisation of requirement delivery.
• Ensuring streamlined development of data assets through analysis and testing.
• Identifying and preparing data required for Analytics projects.

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Secondary school qualification (12 years of schooling) and at least 2 years of experience in a data-driven environment.
• Additional qualifications or certifications relevant to data analysis.
• Experience with data assets supporting business needs.
• Understanding of data sourcing and management in a business context.
• Familiarity with languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
• Knowledge of visualisation best practices and data storytelling.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail.
