As an Analytics and Insights Supervisor, you will engage with and support the Data Analytics Team in collecting, managing, and coordinating data assets that facilitate Business Intelligence (BI) enablement and analytics projects throughout the organization.

In This Role, You Will:
- Deploy:
- Collaborate with relevant business departments to assess and document Data Asset requirements aligned with business objectives.
- Engage stakeholders to collect and validate requirements, enabling project prioritization and serving as a reference for the Product Team.
- Promote the capability of data assets and support their adoption within the business.
- Lead:
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Governance, and the Data Product Team to support their tasks and understand their responsibilities.
- Monitor ongoing projects, providing visibility to leadership along with recommendations or action plans.
- Enhance analytical skills within the team and actively pursue objectives to achieve this goal.
- Execute:
- Support planning and prioritization of requirement delivery.
- Ensure requirements facilitate streamlined estimation and development by the Product Team.
- Support the creation of data assets through development, testing, and analysis.
- Identify sources and maintain data required for Data Assets and Analytics projects or initiatives.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Secondary school qualification (12 years of schooling) and 2+ years of experience in a data-driven environment.
- Additional qualification or certification relevant to data analysis.
- Experience working with data assets that support business needs.
- Understanding of how data is sourced and managed in a business environment.
- Familiarity or knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
- Knowledge of visualization best practices and data storytelling.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Attention to detail.
