About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and service-oriented individual to join our analytics sales team as an Analytics Consultant. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients across the region, managing client relationships and helping them make the best use of our products in the context of their investment or risk process and business goals.
The role involves supporting a suite of our Analytics Products, sharing best practices, explaining risk models applied to multi-asset class portfolios, and partnering with the sales team to provide expertise in client engagements and pre-sales activities. Successful candidates will possess in-depth knowledge of market risk measurement and management, pricing of various asset types (including equity, fixed income, private assets, commodities, and derivatives), alongside strong quantitative skills that enable you to guide institutional clients in assessing risks and making informed investment decisions. We are seeking adaptable individuals who can lead efforts to solve clients' challenges.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships within our Middle East client base; work closely with senior client executives and risk managers; implement strategic plans to ensure client retention.
- Develop expertise in the company products and models, as well as the latest market trends and regulatory landscapes to provide clients with best practices guidance.
- Identify opportunities to increase client usage of our products and discover new users.
- Collaborate with the sales team on potential up-selling and cross-product selling opportunities and assist in campaigns on new product placement.
- Proactively engage with clients to keep them informed of our product roadmap aligned with their business goals and solicit client feedback regarding future product development.
- Work with internal functional teams to ensure that all client requests and inquiries are managed appropriately.
- Respond to detailed client inquiries about methodologies and analytics; conduct advanced client training/workshops and present in seminars.
- Based in our Dubai office; travel to client locations across Saudi Arabia and the GCC may be required.
Your Skills and Experience That Will Help You Excel
- Deep understanding of global financial markets, including modeling and pricing of asset types in fixed income, equities, private assets, commodities, and credit markets and their derivatives.
- Superior written and verbal communication as well as time management skills.
- Business level English is essential.
- Experience using platforms such as RiskManager, BarraOne, or similar portfolio/risk analytics tools is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in risk management/quantitative finance, working closely with investment decision-making teams is desired.
- MSc required ideally from a finance, engineering, or mathematical background. CFA, FRM, MFA, CAIA are a plus.
