We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics Engineer with a strong foundation in data engineering, analytics, and data integrity. This role combines data engineering expertise with analytics product development and governance practices. You will be responsible for building and maintaining robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and delivering high-impact analytics solutions that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Engineering & Pipelines:

    • Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines for ingestion and transformation.
    • Develop and manage scheduled data workflows using orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt).
    • Build automated monitoring and alerting processes to ensure pipeline reliability.
  • Analytics & Data Integrity:

    • Design and implement reconciliation dashboards to validate accuracy and consistency across systems.
    • Develop analytics products and dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to support stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with product, business, and technical teams to gather requirements for scalable solutions.
  • Governance & Quality:

    • Audit and monitor data flows to identify gaps and integrity issues proactively.
    • Contribute to data governance frameworks, including lineage tracking and best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with data security and quality requirements across workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data integrity roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL with proven experience building pipelines and analytics products.
  • Experience with scheduling/orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt Cloud, etc.).
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) for dashboarding and analytics.
  • Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, reconciliation methods, and data validation techniques.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to bridge business and technical requirements.
