Job Responsibilities
- Provide support for analytical instrument maintenance, including on-site commissioning and start-up assistance.
- Deliver on-site emergency response, scheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting support for clients.
- Monitor, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain process analyzers, such as chromatographs and specialty analyzers.
- Provide technical support to the Service Sales team to facilitate the expansion of the analyzer business.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for analytical packages at both the company facility and various customer sites.
- Coordinate with customers and company affiliate engineers regarding analytical technical issues.
- Prepare necessary documentation for preventive maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
