Android Developer

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer with a minimum of 5 years of coding experience in Android and Kotlin, specifically for creating high-performance Enterprise Mobile Applications at scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of object-oriented software development, the Android SDK, and various design patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with complex codebases and implement API design techniques to ensure code cleanliness and maintainability.
• Design and develop maintainable APIs.
• Gain a deep understanding of Android Architecture Components and the full lifecycle of Android Apps, including experience with Google Play Store deployments.
• Implement multi-threading, memory management specific to mobile devices, and caching mechanisms.
• Apply CI/CD principles for continuous integration and deployment while troubleshooting issues in a distributed services ecosystem.
• Utilize MVVM architecture, Dependency Injection (DI), and Functional Programming practices.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficient in Kotlin and Android Development frameworks.
• Experience with Firebase.
• Understanding of coding standards, security measures, unit testing, and documentation practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to influence cross-functional teams with technical insights, enhancing productivity and effectiveness.
• Self-motivated and able to drive initiatives independently while collaborating effectively with various teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly to senior management.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is expected.
