Job Description:
- Production Support: Act as a point of escalation for production support issues, diagnosing and resolving problems in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Full-stack Incident Management: Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents, troubleshoot issues across both Angular (client-side) and .NET (server-side) components, and collaborate with development teams to implement permanent fixes.
- System Monitoring: Monitor application performance for both front-end and back-end systems, identify bottlenecks, and perform performance tuning to ensure maximum speed and scalability.
- Release Management: Assist with the deployment of application patches and new releases to the production environment, and provide post-release support for all full-stack components.
- Troubleshooting: Debug and troubleshoot application issues by analyzing code, logs, and system behavior across the entire technology stack.
- Enhancements: Implement minor feature enhancements or bug fixes in the Angular and C#/.NET codebase as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and business analysts, to resolve issues and improve application stability.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of application issues, resolutions, and enhancement procedures.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in an application support or development role, with hands-on experience supporting Angular and .NET applications in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of the Angular framework, including components, services, and routing.
- Strong understanding of the .NET framework (including .NET Core or .NET 8) and experience with C#, ASP.NET, and Web APIs.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Familiarity with integrating, debugging, and troubleshooting issues related to RESTful APIs and other web services.
- Experience with databases such as SQL Server, including the ability to run SQL queries for analysis and issue resolution.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with debugging tools and proficiency with version control systems, such as Git.
