Responsibilities:
- Develop client-side web components utilizing best-in-class JavaScript, Angular, CSS, HTML, and UI frameworks.
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Implementing responsive design to work across various devices sizes.
- Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conducting performance tests and managing software updates and patches.
- Maintaining an understanding of the latest web applications and programming practices through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops, and groups.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience with front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
- Experience with popular React.js workflows, such as Flux or Redux.
- Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, good troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
