Responsibilities
- Create and edit high-quality video and motion content from brief to final delivery.
- Animate typography, graphics, product visuals, UI elements, and campaign assets.
- Edit videos with strong attention to pacing, transitions, music, sound design, and storytelling.
- Work confidently across After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
- Use AI creative tools for ideation, storyboarding, asset generation, video generation, and creative experimentation.
- Collaborate with designers, creative leads, and other team members to bring ideas to life.
- Respond to feedback efficiently and maintain a consistently high standard of execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong practical skills in both animation and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Ability to work with and animate designs created in Figma.
- Strong visual judgment across typography, composition, timing, movement, and transitions.
- Good understanding of storytelling and the ability to build a complete video, not only individual scenes.
- Familiarity with modern AI creative tools and workflows.
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both editing and animation capabilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working independently within creative direction.
Ideal Candidate
You should be an early-career multidisciplinary creative who is already technically proficient and visually strong, ready to contribute immediately. Confidence in editing, animation, design, storytelling, and AI-assisted creative workflows is essential, alongside a willingness to develop through collaboration, feedback, and creative direction from the team.
