Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform the mounting and cabling of AESA antennas and passive sub-elements according to procedures and quality standards.
  • Support the near-field tuning and test team during AESA antennas test campaigns in an anechoic chamber.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including test reports, issue tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Actively contribute to process improvements in antennas mounting/cabling procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Act as a mentor and technical referent, guiding junior technicians in the proper execution of building blocks and antennas integrations.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in the integration of complex sub-systems, ideally in defense and/or space applications.
  • Experience in radiofrequency measurement is a strong plus.

Qualification, Certification & Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in assembly, integration, and tests of systems or sub-systems.
  • Good knowledge of power and test benches (user profile).
  • Ability to participate in technical troubleshooting campaigns.
  • Ability to lead, guide, and mentor junior technicians, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret test results, identify anomalies, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Ability to drive improvements in testing processes and methodologies, optimizing the efficiency and quality of products/sub-systems integration.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus.
