Apigee Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Apigee Architect with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of GCP, Apigee, and architecture, coupled with expertise in Kubernetes, Unix, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible, Docker, and DevOps principles.

Responsibilities:

• Optimise APIs and API management processes: Be a key player in our customer projects and take on the analysis, design, and development of modern APIs and API management processes.
• Solve problems: Coordinate the parties involved in integration projects and support customers in evaluating new integration solutions and tools.
• Coordinate customer projects: Advise and support our customers in evaluating API management solutions and lead the project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cloud and API Architect with a focus on GCP and Apigee (minimum 5 years of experience).
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• In-depth knowledge of Unix systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with Docker for containerization.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• GCP and Apigee certifications preferred.
• Total Experience – 10+ years.
