Responsibilities
- Work on large projects, manage customer expectations, and drive the technical aspects of the project.
- Deliver successful projects and collaborate with project managers to ensure value is delivered according to the timeline and agreed goals, promptly highlighting any risks and issues.
- Creatively craft solutions to solve customer problems and enable them through knowledge transfer.
- Provide consultation and lead customer implementations, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional groups to share knowledge and support one another.

Required Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of customer-facing experience, such as pre-sales or consultancy, or experience in Application Performance Management (APM).
- Understanding of the APM landscape with hands-on experience using AppDynamics.
- AppDynamics Certified Implementation Professional (ACIP) certification required.
- Experience in at least one technical domain (Cloud technologies, containers & microservices, DevOps, automation, service management, etc.).
- International experience preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong technical skills in at least one core programming language (e.g., Java, .Net, NodeJS, PHP).
- Effective presentation skills for demonstrating products and communicating clearly to varied audiences.
- Ability to drive successful discovery and requirements gathering with customers.
- Enthusiasm for technology and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to visit clients.
Certifications and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent technical experience.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
Additional Information
This job requires work authorization for Saudi Arabia.
