Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-quality software solutions using MariaDB, BPMN Modeling, Appian RPA, Appian AI, Appian Solution Development, and J2EE.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Lead the design and development of complex applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and robustness of software solutions.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and performance issues.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions, ensuring knowledge transfer and ease of maintenance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Appian RPA and AI.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in the Finance & Accounting and Devices / SPM domains.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrate extensive experience with MariaDB, BPMN Modeling, Appian RPA, Appian AI, Appian Solution Development, and J2EE.
- Showcase a strong understanding of Finance & Accounting and Devices / SPM domains.
Certifications Required
- Certified Appian Developer
- MariaDB Certified Database Administrator
