What You’ll Do
As part of the company Academy for Services & Consulting, you will:
- Successfully complete a structured 12-month learn-and-apply academy program
- Participate in classroom learning, simulations, and real-customer engagement scenarios
- Gather business requirements and configure solutions aligned to business processes
- Lead system setup, deployment, and testing to ensure quality and functionality
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, upgrades, and enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders, support project delivery, and drive adoption through training and guidance
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance strongly preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in technology, consulting, or related fields, with exposure to enterprise application environments
- Proficiency in the company S/4HANA, the company ECC, and specific module configuration (FI-CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.)
- Strong understanding of enterprise processes like order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report
- Excellent presentation and documentation abilities to explain business requirements clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical thinking to diagnose complex business challenges and translate them into effective solutions
- Ability to manage projects, including scope, timelines, and resources
- Experience in one or more areas including Supply Chain (MM, PP, Warehouse Management), Sales & Distribution (SD), or emerging technologies

- Support customer relationships through consistent delivery quality, responsiveness, and professionalism
- Ensure disciplined execution, documentation, and follow-up across implementation and adoption activities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain clarity of roles, responsibilities, and ownership
- Identify potential risks related to delivery or adoption and support mitigation planning
- Ensure alignment between customer objectives, company recommendations, and realized outcomes
- Uphold company standards for quality, governance, and engagement excellence
