  • Mentor team members and enforce coding standards, documentation, and sign-off processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and continuously improve existing systems.
  • Contribute to internal tooling, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Strong SQL Server skills — schema design, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
  • Solid understanding of clean architecture, design patterns, and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper).
  • Experience leading or mentoring developers within a structured SDLC environment.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments.
  • Exposure to ERP systems — IFS & Oracle is a strong advantage.

  • Understanding of BI or reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, or equivalent).

What We Offer:

  • A senior role with real ownership across enterprise software and manufacturing systems.
  • Cross-functional exposure across ERP, operations, and business platforms.
  • A collaborative team culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.
