Application Development & Support Senior Analyst

This role involves architecting and developing .NET applications, including C# and ASP.NET MVC, while adhering to clean architecture and SOLID principles. You will be responsible for building and maintaining REST APIs, working with enterprise and ERP systems, and overseeing the entire delivery process from design and development to testing and production support. Key responsibilities also include monitoring and troubleshooting production systems to ensure stability, mentoring team members, enforcing coding standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve existing systems. Participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies is expected, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET MVC) in production environments.
• Strong SQL Server skills including schema design, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of clean architecture, design patterns, and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework and Dapper.
• Experience leading or mentoring developers within a structured SDLC environment.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as IFS & Oracle is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with GitLab for source control and team collaboration.
• Experience with BI or reporting tools like SSRS, Power BI, or equivalent.
