Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5–8 years of hands-on .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET MVC) in production environments.
- Strong SQL Server skills including schema design, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of clean architecture, design patterns, and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework and Dapper.
- Experience leading or mentoring developers within a structured SDLC environment.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as IFS & Oracle is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with GitLab for source control and team collaboration.
- Experience with BI or reporting tools like SSRS, Power BI, or equivalent.
