About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
- Architect and develop .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET MVC) following clean architecture and SOLID principles.
- Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations with enterprise and ERP systems.
- Own full delivery — from design and development through testing, deployment, and production support.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production systems to ensure stability and uptime.
- Mentor team members and enforce coding standards, documentation, and sign-off processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and continuously improve existing systems.
- Contribute to internal tooling, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage deliverables with ownership and accountability.

Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5–8 years of hands-on .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET MVC) in production environments.
- Strong SQL Server skills — schema design, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of clean architecture, design patterns, and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper).
- Experience leading or mentoring developers within a structured SDLC environment.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments.
- ERP system exposure — IFS & Oracle is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with GitLab for source control and team collaboration.
- Knowledge of BI or reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, or equivalent).
