Application Development & Support Senior Analyst

This role involves architecting and developing .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET MVC) with a focus on clean architecture and SOLID principles, creating and maintaining REST APIs, and fully owning the delivery process from design to production support. Responsibilities also include monitoring and troubleshooting production systems, mentoring team members, collaborating with stakeholders for requirements gathering, and contributing to process improvements. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-8 years of .NET development experience, strong SQL Server skills, and a solid understanding of architecture and design patterns.

CORE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET MVC) in production environments.
• Strong SQL Server skills — schema design, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Solid understanding of clean architecture, design patterns, and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper).
• Experience leading or mentoring developers within a structured SDLC environment.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

PREFERRED

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments.
• ERP system exposure — IFS & Oracle is a strong advantage.
• GitLab for source control and team collaboration.
• BI or reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, or equivalent).
