Application Development Support Specialist

The role is responsible for supporting the development of reporting and design revisions activities, ensuring they meet business needs and providing feedback for improvement. This role also assists in conducting studies to reduce costs from regulatory obligations and performs duties in accordance with the company's stipulated business policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact for all Wholesale Unplanned Application demands for the development and enhancement of products and services.
• Support the application SQUAD Teams in gathering requirements and ensuring agile development of Wholesale Application ad-hoc demands, coordinating among different sectors.
• Assist in developing application solutions and design revisions activities, ensuring they fit the business needs and providing feedback for improvement.
• Coordinate with Product Owners to refine the product backlogs and implement prioritization of the new features that need to be developed.
• Support the daily standup meetings and the daily checkups to ensure work stays on track and marks the progress.
• Assist in developing business acceptance test (BAT) activities for new features and enhancements.
• Support the review sessions and demoing the developed deliverables to stakeholders to get their feedback.
• Ensure timely and successful completion of tasks according to agreed business requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in application demand in a large organization, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Additional education certifications are a plus.
