We’re looking for a talented and driven Application Security Engineer to join our team. You’ll be at the forefront of protecting our systems and data from cyber threats.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with development teams to embed security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Develop and implement security testing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and threats.
• Perform code review.
• Work collaboratively with SecOps and Cloud Security teams.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in Application Security.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in at least one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET.
• A passion for learning and growing in the security field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
• Proficient in English – written and verbal.
• Highly motivated, self-learner, curious, responsible, and independent.

Bonus points for:

• Development experience.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., OWASP, MITRE).
• Experience with security review of source code.
