Position

As an Application Service Manager for Cloud Application Services Delivery Center EMEA MEE within the CAS Family, you will provide a wide range of services in the company Cloud Application Services (CAS) for managing business processes and application logic, data layers, application security, software releases, performance, integrations, and adoption acceleration through a subscription. Our application experts are engaged in the Operating Phase (Run-phase) to understand customer needs, helping define and scope elements and outcomes aiming at the delivery of service excellence.

Location: Riyadh, SA
Expected Travel: Approx. 30%

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for ensuring that the CAS services provided to customers meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Promote CAS service quality excellence and a one-stop CAS experience.
  • Point out proactive optimization, innovation, adoption, and potential improvements to customers.
  • Drive customer engagement, supporting upselling the company’s products and CAS service portfolio.
  • Oversee and lead the entire CAS customer lifecycle, including transition, stabilization, operations, and offboarding.
  • Manage the budget, ensure service quality, and drive growth throughout the engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT & Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in customer account services, relationship management, or a similar role.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in at least one the company Solution Area (e.g., S/4 Hana – FI, MM, SuccessFactors, BTP).
  • 6+ years of experience in leading (global) teams as a project manager.
  • Solid knowledge in the company Portfolio & Offerings and experience in the company Implementation Projects / Project Management and/or Managed Services.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex environments with a focus on customer orientation and execution.
  • Very good English and Arabic skills are a must.
