Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and technical requirements to align project solutions with client needs.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and vendors to keep all parties informed on project status.
- Develop detailed process flows and user guides for accurate project documentation.
- Configure system software and specifications for customized solutions.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance to validate that final products meet all requirements.
- Deliver client training and support to drive seamless system adoption and user proficiency.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in software implementation, health informatics, or a similar healthcare IT role.
- Proven success in managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL, data analysis tools, and software implementation methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Ability to commute to the Riyadh office.
- Strong interest in healthcare technology and improving care standards through digital transformation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a global team and build positive stakeholder relationships.
