Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Travel Requirement: 80% of time spent in the field visiting customers; 50% travel requirement across Northern and Eastern Saudi Arabia
Language Requirements: Fluent in both English and Arabic
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user education, training, and troubleshooting for Hematology instruments.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to parameters, calibration, and quality control.
- Develop and deliver product training to customers and internal associates (sales & service).
- Support channel partners with clinical expertise to ensure the installed base receives adequate support.
- Conduct onsite training for new installations and ensure smooth clinical adoption.
- Provide remote support to customers when needed.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with end users by proactively addressing their needs.
- Expand the Hematology test menu and promote Beckman Coulter’s product portfolio.
- Support the implementation of clinical projects in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Work closely with Sales and Service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Attend meetings related to Beckman Coulter’s product portfolio and partner with distributors to strengthen brand presence in the Saudi market.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- B.Sc. degree in Life Sciences or Medical Laboratory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with hematology analyzers and benchtop systems.
- Mandatory diagnostic/laboratory experience.
- Strong clinical and commercial mindset.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly agile, flexible, and comfortable with extensive travel.
- Solid understanding of the Saudi Arabian diagnostics market.
