Application Support Analyst (ELMs)

As an Application Support Analyst (ELMs) at RAKBANK, you will provide effective functional and technical support for Finacle Enterprise Liquidity Management and Virtual Account Management applications. Your role will ensure that issues are properly documented, tracked, addressed, and resolved promptly in accordance with Service Level Agreements while adhering to RAKBANK IT & Business guidelines and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive functional support for wholesale banking systems, focusing on treasury, trade finance, and cash management, ensuring seamless integration and optimal operation.
• Manage and resolve incidents related to application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of applications to meet business requirements.
• Manage relationships with application vendors, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering to support application enhancements and new implementations.
• Develop and implement IT disaster recovery plans for wholesale banking applications, ensuring data availability and system resilience.
• Provide adequate training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the banking applications.
• Develop and maintain management information reports and dashboards using relevant tools.
• Anticipate application problems and implement preventive measures to ensure system stability and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Finacle ELMs, VAM modules application support and configuration management.
• Strong knowledge of applications like Finacle Core, ELMS, VAM.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Good functional knowledge of banking concepts.
• Experience and understanding of typical software development lifecycles and best practices.
