Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Develop and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
- Monitor and maintain web servers and API integrations, ensuring smooth functioning and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Document technical processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices for future reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of databases and SQL languages (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Unix/Linux.
- Proficiency in working with API integrations and web servers (e.g., IIS, Apache, Nginx).
- Experience supporting applications built on .NET, Java, or React frameworks.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
