Responsibilities:
- User Management: Deliver technical support to Sales, Business Users, and customers with a focus on application, API, and network connectivity.
- Incident Management: Identify and resolve production incidents, ensuring end-to-end ownership of issues and collaborating with technical and business support teams.
- Process Management: Oversee release activities, participate in audits, and ensure compliance with ITIL standards and SLA expectations.
- Operations Management: Monitor application and infrastructure stability, automate alerts, and maintain operational documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Propose process optimizations and implement automation for manual tasks to enhance service levels.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of production support experience in the Banking or Financial Service industry.
- Technical expertise in UNIX commands, SQL, and Bash/Python scripting; experience with FIX protocol and APIs is required.
- Strong understanding of Linux/Java-based systems; knowledge of Cloud Technology and DevOps utilities preferred.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Dynatrace.
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of effectively interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in supporting Trading Systems within Equities, Derivatives, FX, or Cryptocurrency domains.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet demanding deadlines.
- Willingness to work shifts and provide weekend support.
Language Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
