Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for assigned payment and card processing applications.
  • Manage support requests, incidents, service tickets, and problem records promptly.
  • Monitor application health to identify potential service disruptions.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain system availability for critical payment services.
  • Coordinate with various teams for issue resolution.
  • Support card acquiring, e-commerce, digital payment solutions, and merchant onboarding.
