Application Tester – Banking Channels & UAT

Dautom is currently hiring for an Application Tester specializing in Banking Channels and UAT to support one of our leading banking clients in the UAE. This is a remote position with a preference for candidates based in Dubai.

As an Application Tester, you will be responsible for the end-to-end testing of digital banking solutions and transaction channels, including web, mobile, file uploads, and host-to-host (H2H) systems. Your work will ensure quality and reliability in the bank’s digital platforms used by corporate customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform UAT testing for banking channels – Web, Mobile, File Uploads, H2H
• Test transactions including WPS, LCY/FCY Payroll, Vendor Payments, Utility Bills, Deal Rate Transactions
• Validate Dashboard Widgets, Beneficiary File Uploads, Signatory Mapping, and T24 Sanity
• Create and execute test cases aligned with BRDs and FSDs
• Ensure functional testing of new systems/processes with a focus on end-user experience
• Collaborate with business, product, tech, and operations teams
• Track defects using tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps, and provide daily test status/MIS
• Support Agile sprints and continuous delivery cycles

Who You Are:

• 7+ years of experience in Transaction or Corporate Banking application testing
• Strong UAT and functional testing expertise, especially in payments, file uploads, and dashboards
• Hands-on with manual testing (automation experience is a plus)
• Experience working with T24, payment gateways, and digital channels
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
• Familiar with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and MS Office
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall models
