Application/Production Support Engineer - UAE Payment Systems

The company is seeking experienced, highly skilled L1-L2 Support Specialists to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Application Support or Production Support roles, specifically in supporting various payment systems, including FTS, ICCS, DDS, WPS, NPSS, and IPI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application support for payment systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and identify reported issues.
• Manage application deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to maintain system stability.
• Manage escalations to meet SLA commitments.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in .Net and SQL.
• Good knowledge in Jira Service Management.
• Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in application troubleshooting, configuration, maintenance, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Availability to work weekends and shifts as needed.
