Responsibilities:
- Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals and identify necessary system enhancements for new products and process improvements.
- Resolve a variety of high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business and system processes, along with industry standards.
- Provide expertise in the area and advanced knowledge of applications programming, ensuring application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow to develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of how business areas, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to achieve business goals.
- Conduct in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and create innovative solutions.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
- Assess risks associated with business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, while protecting the firm's reputation and assets.
Recommended Qualifications:
- Significant relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis role.
- Extensive experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Consistent demonstration of clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree preferred.
