The Applications Lead Solution Engineer (Lead SE) will be aligned with ERP, SCM, HCM, and CX.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales teams throughout all stages of the sales cycle to articulate the business value of the company SaaS ERP, SCM, HCM, and CX.
- Support and drive complex opportunities as the Lead Solution Engineer, leveraging domain experts when necessary.
- Recommend relevant and innovative solutions that align with customers' desired outcomes by leveraging industry knowledge.
- Ensure customers' key business requirements are fully understood and addressed.
- Design, present, and articulate the company SaaS ERP/SCM/HCM/CX to various internal and external stakeholders.
- Overcome obstacles to achieve customers' desired outcomes and stay up-to-date with the company SaaS ERP/SCM/HCM/CX.
- Address the competitive landscape and handle objections while acting as a trusted advisor providing information through workshops and events.
- Drive the strategic growth of EMEA Fusion Healthcare & Life Science Applications through active contributions to the SE community.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of pre-sales experience in enterprise healthcare transformation projects.
- Advanced knowledge of the company SaaS ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX.
- Hands-on experience with the company SaaS ERP Finance and/or the company SaaS SCM.
- Experience with AI and integration of Fusion Applications with Health EHR solutions.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies, design thinking, and customer journey mapping is advantageous.
- Master’s degree or equivalent is desirable.
- Leadership, excellent communication, and presentation skills, innovative thinking, strong collaboration, networking skills, drive, resilience, curiosity, emotional intelligence, and self-management abilities are essential.
- Ability to translate complex customer needs into business solutions.
Languages Required: Arabic and English
Work Conditions:
- Based in Saudi Arabia with travel occurring in the Middle East and, if needed, in Europe.
