Where is the Work:
Responsibilities:
- Provide knowledge and consultation by developing HVAC system-related solutions for customers, considering both financial and performance metrics.
- Assess customer needs and identify current market opportunities consistently.
- Utilize company tools diligently for sales tracking and reporting to leadership.
- Develop and execute a tailored business plan for each account to ensure strong, profitable partnerships.
- Assist customers with technical inquiries related to HVAC systems, company products, and pertinent industry issues.
- Travel to customer job sites as necessary, which may involve outdoor work and engagement in mechanical/equipment rooms. Be prepared for exposure to various weather conditions, mechanical parts, heights, and other environmental factors based on location.
- Maintain a proactive and dynamic approach during customer visits.
