Where is the Work:
Responsibilities:
- Provide knowledge and consultation by developing HVAC system-related solutions for customers, focusing on financial and performance-related aspects.
- Consistently assess customer needs and identify current market opportunities.
- Utilize the company's sales and tracking tools effectively while reporting properly to leadership.
- Develop and execute a tailored business plan for accounts to establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Assist customers by answering technical inquiries regarding HVAC systems, products, and industry-related issues.
- Travel to customer job sites is required, which may entail outdoor work and/or tasks in mechanical or equipment rooms. Employees may be exposed to variable weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, heights, and other environmental conditions based on location.
- Engage proactively during customer visits.
