Responsibilities
- Engage in the design, analysis, and optimization of foundational and applied research to power state-of-the-art AI algorithms and model capabilities at Inception.
- Work on comprehensive solutions that integrate various modalities, including text, audio, and visual data, enhancing the AI's ability to understand and interpret human interaction in a more nuanced manner.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers across teams at Inception for the design, development, and continual improvement of AI algorithms, ensuring the implementations are optimized for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Work alongside product development teams to integrate new algorithms and models into broader product offerings and conduct proofs of concept (POC) as per client needs.
- Propose scenarios where AI techniques could improve the efficiency of the customer’s business.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to the business development team.
Qualifications
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in computer science, engineering, or an AI-related field; specialization in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, or Speech and Audio is highly desirable.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in developing AI algorithms for various modalities.
- Track record of conducting high-level research, preferably evidenced by publications in peer-reviewed journals or a history of product-driven research and development.
