Responsibilities
- Engage in the design, analysis, and optimization of foundational and applied research to power state-of-the-art AI algorithms and model capabilities at the company.
- Work on comprehensive solutions that integrate various modalities, including text, audio, and visual data, enhancing the AI's ability to understand and interpret human interaction in a more nuanced manner.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers across teams at the company for the design, development, and continual improvement of AI algorithms, ensuring the implementations of such algorithms are optimized for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Work alongside product development teams to integrate new algorithms and models into broader product offerings, and conduct proofs of concept (POC) as per client needs, ensuring that these innovations translate into tangible benefits for users and stakeholders.
- Propose scenarios where AI techniques could improve the efficiency of the customer's business.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to the business development team.
Qualifications
To qualify, you must have:
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in computer science, engineering, or AI-related field. Specialization in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, or Speech and Audio are highly desirable.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in developing AI algorithms for various modalities.
- Track record of conducting high-level research, preferably evidenced by publications in peer-reviewed journals or a history of product-driven research and development.
