What You Will Do
- Write and edit Arabic text for various platforms including the app, App Store and Google Play listings, help guides, and social media posts.
- Transform product updates into concise, clear Arabic copy while maintaining consistency in tone across all channels.
- Verify facts with the product team before publishing any content.
- Adapt English drafts into fluent Saudi Arabic, ensuring it is not a word-for-word translation.
- Maintain a shared glossary of the company's terms in both Arabic and English.
What We Need
- Minimum qualification: a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
- At least 2 years of experience in writing Arabic content for apps, brands, or media; a portfolio of published work is required.
- Excellent writing skills in Arabic and good reading comprehension in English.
- Attention to detail, particularly with facts, and comfortable working from product team notes.
Pay and Terms
- Total monthly salary ranging from SAR 9,000 to SAR 13,000 (basic salary plus allowances), based on experience.
- This is a full-time, on-site position in our Riyadh office; working days, hours, and annual leave will adhere to Saudi Labour Law.
- Health insurance and GOSI registration will be provided as required by Saudi law.
How We Select
- We aim to reply to every application within 7 days.
- A 30-minute video call will be conducted, during which we will introduce you to the company.
- Shortlisted candidates will take part in a 30-minute writing exercise using the company's app on our test account (no personal account is needed).
- The final interview will take place in Riyadh. All interviewed candidates will be informed of the result within 30 days of their interview.
