Arabic Sales Advisor

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced real estate professional to join our team in Dubai. This role involves working with both residential and commercial properties, covering secondary and off-plan sales. As a member of our brokerage, you will leverage your knowledge of the Dubai market, established developer relationships, and a client-first approach to drive sales and achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage property sales processes from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction
• Maintain and build strong client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Utilize market intelligence to advise clients and close deals
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Stay updated on the latest market trends and property offerings

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales
• Fluent in Arabic
• Proven experience in property sales and client management
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE/Dubai real estate market
• Strong record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
