Job Description:

Must-Have:
- Strong domain knowledge in banking – understanding of retail banking, internet/mobile banking, core banking systems, loan processing, etc.
- Experience in creating test cases based on business requirements.
- Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug Life Cycle.
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or HP ALM.
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries for database validation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Understanding of compliance and security standards relevant to the banking domain.
