Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant IT service management or technical certifications (ITIL, PMP, Prince2, etc.) are a plus.
10 to 12 years of IT experience in a similar role.
Strong background in application support and service delivery.
Proven experience managing support projects/programs.
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams of 30 to 40 members.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and reporting (SLA/KPI).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English are required.
