Arabic Tower Lead – Application Support

We are seeking an experienced Arabic Tower Lead – Application Support to lead and manage large-scale application support operations based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities and extensive IT support experience, along with the ability to manage stakeholders while ensuring service excellence through adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant IT service management or technical certifications (ITIL, PMP, Prince2, etc.) are a plus.
• 10 to 12 years of IT experience in a similar role.
• Strong background in application support and service delivery.
• Proven experience managing support projects/programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams of 30 to 40 members.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and reporting (SLA/KPI).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English are required.
