As an Arabic/English UX Writer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing clear, concise, and engaging copy for digital products in both Arabic and English, including UI elements, microcopy, and user help content.
- Collaborating with product managers, researchers, designers, and developers to ensure content aligns with user experience and product strategy.
- Conducting user research and testing across Arabic and English audiences to understand their behaviors, needs, and preferences.
- Maintaining a consistent tone of voice in both languages across all digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and cultural nuances.
- Creating and maintaining UX writing guidelines for bilingual content to ensure quality and consistency.
- Translating, adapting, and localizing copy for diverse audiences, ensuring cultural relevance.
- Identifying gaps in bilingual content to enhance user clarity and accessibility.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, UX, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience as a UX writer with expertise in Arabic/English content creation.
- Proven ability to write for diverse audiences while considering cultural nuances and localization.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and content strategy.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and user feedback to refine content.
- Proficiency in relevant tools for UX writing and content management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Background in fintech or a fast-moving sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
