Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clear, concise, and engaging copy for digital products in both Arabic and English, including UI elements, microcopy, and user help content.
- Collaborate with product managers, researchers, designers, and developers to ensure content aligns with overall user experience and product strategy.
- Conduct user research and testing to improve UX writing and localization efforts for Arabic and English audiences.
- Maintain a consistent tone of voice and style across all digital touchpoints.
- Create and maintain comprehensive UX writing guidelines for bilingual content.
- Translate, adapt, and localize copy to ensure cultural relevance and accessibility.
- Identify gaps in bilingual content across user journeys to ensure clarity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and bring insights to enhance user experiences.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, UX, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience as a UX writer, with expertise in bilingual (Arabic/English) content creation.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and content strategy.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform content.
- Proficiency in tools and software for UX writing and content management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Background in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to present ideas clearly.
